All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of the personalized readings and services provided by lotuscode.io, all sales are considered final. Once your personalized reading is generated and made accessible to you on your screen, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Waiver of EU/UK Right of Withdrawal

For users residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, consumer protection laws typically provide a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, by purchasing and accessing our digital content immediately, you explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of the service and acknowledge that you thereby lose your legal right of withdrawal.

Exception for Technical Failures

The only exception to our strict no-refund policy is if a proven, critical technical error on our platform prevents your reading from being generated or accessed after a successful payment. In such rare instances, you must contact us within 3 days of the transaction with your order receipt and a description of the error. We will first attempt to manually deliver your reading. If we are unable to do so, a refund will be processed.

Credit Restitution on Full Access

If you spend individual Unlock Credits to open specific sections of a reading and subsequently purchase Full Access ($1.99) for that same reading, all the individual Unlock Credits you previously spent on that specific reading will be automatically restored to your account balance for future use. However, this restitution explicitly applies to digital credits only and does not constitute grounds for any cash refunds.

Payment Processing (Stripe)

Our order process is securely conducted by our payment processor, Stripe. Stripe handles all payment processing and ensures the security of your financial information.
